Case Study: Testing and Demonstrating a Proposed Digital Product Creation Workflow

A stakeholder team wanted to explore whether a proposed digital workflow could work in practice. My role was to support the proof of concept by setting up the workflow test, creating an example result, documenting observations, and presenting the workflow back to stakeholders.

The work helped stakeholders understand what was possible, where limitations appeared, and what questions would need further discussion before moving toward a broader test or implementation.

My contribution: workflow testing, digital tool use, example output creation, observation documentation, and stakeholder presentation.
